Qleano is now looking for a business-driven Business Operations Manager who wants to combine strategic responsibility with operational leadership. Qleano is an established and fast-growing player that has facilitated the mediation of cleaning and moving services to private and corporate customers across the country since 2013. With over 50,000 customers from Ystad to Kiruna, we have built a strong platform that matches customers with local service companies. We operate throughout Sweden and are part of KEYTO Group – the leading group for services in and around the home nationally.

As Business Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for Qleano's operations with full business responsibility, including budget, forecast, and P&L. Your mission is to ensure a profitable and scalable operation while driving strategic development in line with the company's growth goals.

You will lead and develop the entire team at Qleano (14 employees) and create conditions for an efficient organization with high quality in delivery. An important part of the role is to identify, drive, and realize synergies together with other companies within KEYTO Group to optimize costs and strengthen competitiveness.

You will report to the Head of Operations Stockholm within KEYTO Cleaning and collaborate closely with group functions in finance, HR, marketing, and other operations.

• Full budget, forecast, and P&L responsibility

• Financial monitoring, analysis, and reporting

• Active cost control and revenue optimization

• Identify, drive, and implement business development initiatives

• Drive synergy projects and efficiency initiatives within the group

• Develop processes, working methods, and operational structures

• Lead and develop the team for efficient operations and high quality

• Work data-driven with KPIs, analysis, and continuous improvements

• Ensure stable routines and structures in the operations

• Collaborate with the group's support functions (finance, HR, marketing, etc.)

• Be responsible for key partners and external relations

• Represent Qleano in strategic projects and group forums

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in business responsibility who thrives in a role where you can combine strategy, analysis, and operational leadership. You are confident in making decisions, have a natural business mindset, and are driven by developing both the business and people.

• Relevant academic education, for example in economics, business administration, or industrial economics

• 5+ years of experience in a role with business responsibility including budget and P&L

• Strong analytical skills and experience working data-driven

• Experience in business development and change management

• Good ability to lead and develop teams

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Meritorious with experience in driving synergy work between companies

• Previous experience in the service industry is a plus
